Returns and Exchanges

Due to Covid-19, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Jewelry has a 3 month warranty, only and if they got damaged because of a design flaw. I won’t replace products that got damaged because they were not treated with proper care.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I will not replace products that are damaged from handling. This includes intentionally bending the pieces, not storing them properly, and improperly cleaning them. (Please read the tab “Materials”)

If there’s any issue with your order upon receiving it, please email me so I can make it right.

Wholesale and Custom orders cannot be returned/exchanged.

Sale Items are final and cannot be returned/exchanged either.

All of my products are handmade from scratch, and therefore susceptible to minor imperfections. They are small and don’t affect the overall value of your product. Since they are handmade, every piece is slightly different so you won’t ever see the same exact piece anywhere else.

Shipping

Processing time is 1 week, plus 2-5 days of shipping time.

For made-to-order pieces, processing time is 2-3 weeks, plus shipping time.

Once a package is taken to the post office, I have no control over it.

I’m not responsible for delays or damage caused by USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance, choose the “Priority Shipping” option at checkout.

Due to Covid-19, packages sometimes take more than 2-5 days to arrive.

Contact me if a month has passed and you haven’t received your package yet.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: all packages are shipped through USPS First Class and DO NOT include insurance, therefore I’m not responsible for it once they leave my hands. I won’t replace packages that got lost after I dropped them off at the post office.
